Mission
Samā Hearing is a volunteer initiative striving to improve the quality of audiological care for those living on the Island of Sri Lanka. Within a collectivist culture, we are enabling communication between friends, professional collaborators and family to reduce the stigma around hearing loss, and enhance the opportunities and quality of life for those with hearing, ear health and communication barriers. The world we envision is one where a barrier to communication does not create a barrier to possibility.
